We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. 


Shipping Confirmation & Carrier Details

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
We utilize trusted shipping carriers, including DHL Express and FedEx Express, to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently.

You may provide detailed delivery instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbor or in a secure location) to help ensure safe delivery.

Currently, Happening Fashion ships exclusively to the United States.


Shipping Rates

All orders qualify for free shipping.


Handling & Transit Times

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please allow additional time during holidays or peak seasons.

  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) will be processed the next business day.

Important Shipping Reminders

  • Ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us before receiving your tracking ID.

  • Once shipped, only DHL Express or FedEx Express can help update address information.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. A valid physical address is required.


Late Delivery or Damaged Item Claims

While we strive to ensure timely delivery and excellent product quality, delays or damage can sometimes occur.

Late Delivery

  • If your package is delayed or missing, you may file a claim within 7 days of the ship date (weekends and holidays included).

  • Upon approval, we will refund the full standard amount to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will verify using the tracking ID timestamp.

  • You are also eligible for our 30-Day Return Policy.
